Manufacturing Facilities
Below are some views of our manufacturing facilities. .
This is a view from the second floor. You can see our machining centers. The green machine on the left is our Hermle Horizontal CNC machining center. The blue machine next to it is a Hurco CNC vertical mill. The next 2 machines are our Haas VF6 and VF3 Machining centers. You can see the Haas machines better in the picture below.
These are our Haas CNC Machining centers.
As much as we rely on our CNC department, we still find it necessary to take care of some jobs on our manual mills. As you can see, we have a few.
These are some of our conventional EDM machines.
These are some of our manual Surface Grinders. We also have several fully automatic grinders.
Our Wire EDM machine.
We have a Micro-Welder and we can do some really fine welding.
If it's steel and will fit in our ovens we can heat treat it.... Actually, we very rarely have anything thats's too big for us to heat treat here.
